Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ck444aps, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service made available through the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access or use ck444aps.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ck444aps platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who have not yet made a deposit, and active players with funded accounts. Account Registration & Verification

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck444aps. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ck444aps are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. ck444aps does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

ck444aps offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and a general term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements at ck444aps range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from player accounts without compensation.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

• Using the ck444aps platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime. ck444aps cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any such suspected activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through arbitrage betting, hedging strategies designed to exploit promotions, or any other technique that ck444aps determines constitutes bonus abuse.
• Accessing the ck444aps platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other method to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards ck444aps support staff or other players on any platform feature that involves communication.

ck444aps reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these obligations. During an investigation, the account may be suspended, and funds may be temporarily withheld. If a breach is confirmed, ck444aps reserves the right to close the account permanently, void all pending bets, and withhold any balance determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.

Game Rules & Fairness

All casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting markets available on ck444aps are governed by their own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market description. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. ck444aps bears no responsibility for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting ck444aps support via live chat or email. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
• Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
• If an account is closed by ck444aps due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, ck444aps reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account if it is determined that the balance was obtained through prohibited conduct.

Limitation of Liability

• ck444aps shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical malfunctions, delayed transactions, or data errors.
• ck444aps shall not be liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including losses resulting from account suspension or bonus forfeiture due to a breach.
• The total aggregate liability of ck444aps to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ck444aps makes no warranty that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful code. Players are responsible for ensuring that their own devices have adequate security protection before accessing ck444aps.

Amendments to These Terms

ck444aps reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, changes in platform functionality, or changes in business practice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a player — ck444aps will provide advance notice of at least seven days via email to your registered address and via an in-platform notification.
